Sr iOS Developer

Job Description

Senior iOS Developer (Lead) to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing high-performance iOS applications using modern Apple technologies and will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development lifecycle, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of applications on the Apple App Store. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who is proficient in Swift, modern iOS architectures, and CI/CD practices while delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications.
  • Lead the development team by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Develop applications using Swift and SwiftUI, with UIKit wherever required.
  • Build scalable, reusable, and modular application architectures.
  • Implement asynchronous programming using Combine and Swift Async/Await.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
  • Manage application releases through App Store Connect, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and TestFlight deployments.
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless build and release management.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends, Apple frameworks, and platform guidelines.

Pre Requisites:

  • Strong experience in Swift programming.
  • Hands-on expertise with SwiftUI and UIKit.
  • Experience with Combine Framework and Async/Await concurrency.
  • Strong understanding of iOS application lifecycle and architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
  • Experience designing modular and scalable mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and networking.
  • Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience using Git or other version control systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing applications through App Store Connect.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for iOS applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in B.E./B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in native iOS application development.
